Error DAO.Workspace-Unrecognized Database Format in Station.mdb When Signing in
When signing onto EZTeller32 or Superview32 you receive the message: Error Occurred in DAO.Workspace, Unrecognized Database Format in Station.mdb. You are unable to sign onto the program.
Root Cause:
The Station.mdb file is corrupt.
Environment:
EZTeller
Workaround:
- Open Windows® Explorer, locate C:\EZTeller32\EZRepair.exe and launch the file.
- In the EZTeller32 Database Repair Utility screen, check the Stations.mdb box.
Note: Make sure all EZTelller32 users have exited out of EZTeller® before running the EZRepair.exe.
- Click on Repair.
- When the repair is complete, click Close.
- Sign onto EZTeller32 or Superview.
