Root Cause:

You have just upgraded from EZTeller32 to EZTeller Enterprise and receive the following host rejection message: "Invalid Teller Number."

Workaround:

AS400 Mainframe hosts use the EZTeller teller number as part of their security log in.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Either keep the same teller numbers used in EZTeller32 for your EZTeller Enterprise, EZTeller roles.
  2. Or contact your host vendor to change the teller numbers.
