Error Trying to Start Event Manager: The System Cannot Find the File Specified

Failed to start Event Manager. The System cannot find the file specified.

Root Cause:

This error can be created by your Windows antivirus application targeting your Event Manager application and preventing Event Manager from operating. 

The Event Manager application program name is EventMgr.exe and it cannot be started again because your antivirus application has quarantined EventMgr.exe, effectively making it so Windows cannot run Event Manager.

Workaround:

To resolve this, have your local IT modify your antivirus application to ignore the EventMgr.exe by whatever procedures apply to your antivirus application to create exceptions for programs. Then have the quarantined EventMgr.exe restored to its original location. 

If the EventMgr.exe cannot be restored, then the Servicing Director applications will have to be installed again.
