Escrow Analysis Calculation and Statements Incorrectly Project Payments
You may find that the Fusion Servicing Director Escrow Analysis calculation and Analysis statements incorrectly project payments when the due date versus the actual disbursement date are different.
In these cases, Fusion Servicing Director is using the due date rather than the disbursement date to do the analysis. If the disbursement is made in the month prior to the projected disbursement month, this can result in a repeated shortage or deficiency in the account because the projected payment into the escrow account for that month will not have been received at the time the disbursement is actually made.

Workaround: When a disbursement month is different than the month an item is due, use the disbursement date for escrow analysis purposes.
