Unable to create form <file name beginning with HFS and ending in .BOF>
Root Cause:
The error displaying a file name beginning with the characters "HFS_" indicates that you have a custom Event Manager event, an event added to the Fusion Servicing Director system, and some of the custom files are missing.
The most common cause of this issue is that the Servicing Director applications install by default to the C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)\D+H\Servicing Director folder and you have not placed or moved your custom files to the same folder location.
Workaround:
Have your local IT locate the file described in the error message. Your local IT may be able to locate the files in the original source for the custom files, which would have been files provided when your company purchased the custom project. You will also likely find the file on another desktop for the Servicing Director applications which does not have this error.
Then, copy and paste the missing file from the old location to the new location where the Servicing Director applications were installed, placing them in the Forms sub-folder. By default, this would be the C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)\D+H\Servicing Director\Forms (where the many other .BOF files are stored).
