Event Manager Lockbox Import Error: Insert into t_lockbox -- Error: Conversion Failed...Not a Valid Flat Payment Record File

The event failed and reported this error:
Insert into t_lockbox -- Error: Conversion failed when converting datetime from character string.
File '<your lockbox import file path>' is not a valid flat payment record file. Not all data are read.


Root Cause:

This error can be caused by using a file transfer method that modifies the contents of the lockbox file, making the contents of the lockbox no longer correct.

Workaround:

If you are using FTP (the Internet File Transfer Protocol) to transfer the lockbox file, be sure to use the FTP transfer mode Binary rather than ASCII. 

Use FTP to transfer the lockbox file again, and specify Binary mode.
Run the Lockbox Import event again, manually, as a single event.
