Exporting Data from EZTeller Reports

  • Superview reports are a tool to monitor user activity, productivity, and identify and analyze for staffing peak periods.

You can view, print, or export the data into several different formats.

Authority levels authorized to access Superview are supervisors, managers, and administrators.


  1. Log into Superview and select the appropriate working group.

Note: User must have an administrator authority level to have access to Select Working Groups.

  1. Go to Reporting > Reports.
  2. Select the box in front of the report(s) you want to access and select the V box to View.
  3. Under the Report Criteria section, select the Report date(s) range and EZTeller Roles or Bank group.
  • EZTeller Roles default to all roles selected to be included in the report(s). To choose individual roles, click UnSelect All and select the boxes to the left of the role number(s) you want to include.
  • If you want to include all deleted EZTeller Roles in the report, select the button to Include deleted Teller Roles. The default is: Do not include deleted Teller Roles. 
  1. Click OK to run the report(s).
  2. Verify the information returned. You can select to do either or both of the following:
  • Click the Printer icon to print the report.
  • Click the Export icon (envelope with red arrow) and save the report in your choice of formats including .pdf, .csv, and .xls.
