EZId Signatures are not displaying in EZTeller but can be viewed in EZId on the same workstation

Workstations are unable to retrieve EZId signatures in EZTeller however, you are able to view signatures in the EZId program at that same workstation.

Workaround:

Verify that  EZId has been set up as the Signature Display Product.

  1. Open Superview.
  2. Profile Options:
  • Modules 
  • Signature Display
  1. Click the drop-down box, select EZId, and Apply. 

 

If the above setting is correct register the ezsiginterfaceENT.dll.  This file allows EZTeller to interface to the EZId signature display program. On the workstation with the error

  1. Log into EZTeller.
  2. Select Help > About EZTeller > Directories.  
  3. Make note of the Local directory.
  1. Go to Start > Run.  Depending on the EZTeller target on the PC, type: regsvr32 C:\EZTeller\ezsiginterfaceent.dll and press Enter.

type regsvr32 C:\Program Files\EZTeller\ezsiginterfaceent.dll  and press Enter.

  1. Exit EZTeller and restart the program. 
  2. Go to Ask > Signature Display and test.
