Root Cause:
Tellers normally open the host session before opening EZTeller. If they open EZTeller first, the system crashes.
The LTKRN90N.dll file that is installed by EZTeller software is version 9.4.0.7, dated 5/20/1998.
Downloading a newer version of the LTKRN90N.dll file will prevent EZTeller from crashing when opened before the host Session A.

New Windows 7 workstations where EZTeller interfaces to Jack Henry.Workaround:
Tellers normally start host session A and then start EZTeller. If this procedure is followed, EZTeller will not crash.
If the bank wants to use EZTeller without connecting to the host Session A, here are some options:
