EZTeller Is Not Printing Envelopes in Correct Place on New Model Printers

You changed from Epson TM-U375 printers to Epson TM-U675 or Epson TM-H6000iv, and now the envelopes are printing too low.

All EZTeller releases

Workaround:

While the Epson TM-U375, TM-U675, and TM-H6000iv printer models appear the same, they are different printers.

The TM-U375 printer has 14 lines of validations, compared to eight lines for the TM-U675 and Epson TM-H6000iv.

The TM-U375 has a differently shaped print area for envelopes and cashier's checks.

The default envelope settings are based on the TM-U375 specifications.

 

Please contact EZTeller client support at 800-437-2252. They can send a new print format file that will raise the envelope printing to correct area.
