Online Inactive
Root Cause:
The error appears when EZTeller and Sparak are not communicating.
Workaround:
If EZTeller users are showing On-Line Inactive, go to the Sparak text system and log in. From the main menu, choose option 13 (Message Menu)-12 (Attach all users). The message that users are attached will come up. Have the user log back into EZTeller and they should now be On-Line Active.
