EZTeller is taking much longer to load and that transaction processing are slow when user works on one workstation. When user is logged on as the vault role, processing transactions are normal.

EZTeller Enterprise installed on Windows 7 WorkstationWorkaround:
If Host Logging is enabled on a workstation EZTeller writes to the host log file on startup and with each online transaction. Transactions processed under the vault role in EZTeller do not access the host and the processing time is normal.
Steps:
If client services needs to troubleshoot a host connectivity issue then we will enable logging at that time.
Most workstations are not noticeably slower when host logging in enabled, however it was reported to be an issue on Windows 7 workstations.
