Failed to find loan in file

You received the following Fusion Servicing Director archiver view document error:
Failed to find loan "##########" in file 
\\<servername>\<sharename>\<filename.rtf or .pdf>

Root Cause: This error can be caused by enabling the System Administration Table Setup Company Loan Control feature named Billing Stmts - Display Last 4 of LoanID.

With the Billing Stmts - Display Last 4 of LoanID enabled, when you open the Archiver Retrieve Document screen, and click View Document, the LoanID cannot be found.

  • View the statement using the Options menu > Monthly Billing Statements screen.
  • Disable the Billing Stmts - Display Last 4 of LoanID feature.

Submit a case through Case Management to increment Request for Change 00311714.
