There was an error selecting a detail record. Field=hazprem formatted value=5975000 Length=7 expected length=6
Root Cause:
When running the Servicing Director event FASB 125 Export, you may encounter this error message.
There is a possible loan level insurance record data issue that is most likely causing this error.
If you have always run this export successfully before, and it is failing now for the first time with this error, then the data issue is probably related to a new loan, or new insurance record, or a newly modified insurance record.
The problem is that the export will only accept a calculated value for HazPrem that is 6 total characters (including decimals), and the error message indicates that there is at least one insurance record which calculates to 7 characters.
HazPrem is calculated by Insurance Premium Due / (divided by) payment frequency (in months), and that calculated value has to be < or = 9,999.99 (6 characters). Your loan(s) may calculate to greater than 9,999.99 (7 characters).
That would mean that you have a loan(s) which has an Insurance Premium Due of about $120,000.00 or greater, with a payment frequency of 12 (HazPrem of 10,000.00 or greater).
Workaround:
Your local IT or Database Administrator can use the Sql Select statement below to assist in locating possible insurance records that could be causing the error message. Use the information returned by the Select statement to provide a list of loans to review in the Servicing Director Tracking application. Change the Insurance Premium Due as needed to fall within the parameters of the export.
