You have Field Maintenance Logging enabled, but changes to the selected fields are not logged for any table fields for any Servicing Director user.
Workaround:
Have your IT department confirm that the Servicing Director application desktop computers have the Microsoft Windows ODBC system data sources named Servicing and ServEM configured to use SQL Server authentication, and not Windows NT authentication.
These data sources are automatically created by the Servicing Director application installation program. Servicing Director only supports SQL Server authentication, which is the authentication method configured by the Servicing Director installation program.
To confirm the Servicing Director ODBC data sources configuration, do the following using the Windows desktop:
Open the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources.
This completes the procedure to confirm the authentication for the Servicing Director data source named Servicing. To confirm the authentication method of the other Servicing Director data source named ServEM, repeat the same procedure using the data source name ServEM instead of Servicing.
