IMPORTANT! --- for existing Fusion Servicing Director clients upgrading to 18.2 ---  The Data Type change for BatchID delivered as part of the 18.1 release required to run a script to ensure that the changes are correctly updated in your database. If you are upgrading to 18.2 directly from 17.3 (skipping 18.1), you'll need to run the batch id script delivered as part of the install, during the upgrade. Follow the instructions in the Fusion Servicing Director Upgrade Guide to run the script. Also, there were significant database table changes in 18.1. If you have skipped 18.1, a full backup of your database is mandatory prior to installing this release.
