IMPORTANT! Fusion Servicing Director has been enhanced in this release to support more recent versions of SQL Server, Windows Server and Word. Please refer the attached release note for more details.

  • Starting with the 19.1 release, Fusion Servicing Director will support Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and 2016 only

  • The 19.1 version is certified on the Microsoft Windows Server 2016 operating system. Earlier Microsoft Windows Server versions will no longer be supported

  • The 19.1 release of Fusion Servicing Director is certified on Microsoft Word 2016 with continued support for Word 2010 and Word 2013
