IMPORTANT! CSS has been enhanced in this release to support two-factor authentication for borrower logins. While we do not anticipate any issues with the dual authentication capability being delivered in the 18.4 CSS portion of the release, we would advise that you consider the possible effect on your Call Center by enabling dual authentication during the 2018 end of year and IRS reporting time period. You could see an increase in calls to your call center during an already busy time if customers experience difficulties with the implementation.
