Fusion Servicing Director Year-End Support
To better assist you with any year-end related cases, we are extending our working hours by two hours on December 29, 2023. Our team will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on that day, December 29, 2023. Please be aware that Finastra offices will be closed for New Year’s Day on January 1, 2024, and will resume operations on January 2, 2024.
We would also like to inform you that we have released a hotfix version 23.1.1, following the Year-End release version 23.1. This hotfix includes changes to both Servicing Director and Customer Self-Service. For more details about these updates, please refer to the Release Notes and Installation Instructions document available on the Servicing Director Product Documentation page in Support Center.
