Generating a Breakdown of Fees Assessed on the the Payoff Statement
If you need a breakdown of fees assessed to a loan, you can generate a second page of the payoff quote that will break down the fees by completing the procedure below.
- Go to System Administration.
- Select Table Setup.
- Select Company.
- Select the loan control tab.
- In the payoff statement box, select Report Writer from the Statement type drop-down.
This procedure will provide you with a second page containing the fee breakdown.
