How to Change the Interest Method
The purpose of this article is to instruct a user on how to change the Interest Method on a loan in Servicing Director.
Environment:
Servicing Director

Access the Customer Service Application.
-
Select Payment.
-
Select Payment Change.
-
Select Modify Payment.
-
Select a date the change will take affect.
-
Select OK.
-
At the bottom of the screen, select the Interest Method in the drop down.

Select OK.
