How to Make Comments Reminder Available When it is Grayed Out

"Comment Reminder" Section now in the Comments area of the Customer Service Application is currently Grayed out. 


Workaround:

Select the Customer Service Application

 

  1. Select the Comments tab.
  2. Select New.
  3. Record Type select Reminder.
  4. Enter the Desired Comment Field.
