Workaround:

Proper handling of a split transaction where there is cash to be given to the customer is to do the Checking withdrawal first. Do the split part(s) of the transaction, leaving cash for the last item in the transaction. This way you can verify what the actual correct cash paid to the customer should be. The multi-tran reflects the balance remaining with the message; press 0 to pay cash out. Press zero and EZTeller prompts to validate a cash out ticket and the multi-tran is completed.
