Important Information Regarding Invalid Pointer Error when Using Event Manager to Create Documents
As a valued user of Servicing Director, please be advised that you may encounter an Event Manager “Invalid Pointer” error when using the application(s). This error is thought to be a combination of Crystal Reports version 13, the size of the document, and the capacity of the computer creating the document.
To make sure you do not encounter this error, we recommend upgrading to Servicing Director 16.1 which includes an updated version of Crystal Reports (version 13.0.15).
