If you import loans from E3 into Servicing Director, and you have added new E3 Loan Programs, then you will need to set up Servicing Director equivalents so that imported loans with the new E3 loan programs can be successfully imported into Servicing Director.

1. Set up the new E3 Loan Programs in E3 (Short Program Names).
2. Create the E3 to Servicing Director Export file.
3. Run the Servicing Director Event Manager E3 Build Import Data Event. This will import your new E3 loan programs (short program names) into Servicing Director.
4. If necessary, create new Servicing Director Loan Profiles to match and cross-reference to any new E3 Loan Programs you imported as follows:
   
   1. Open the System Administration application.
   2. Click Setup.
   3. Select E3 Import Setup, and click Open.
   4. Select the Arm and Profile Templates, and click Edit.
   5. Add any new cross-references as needed.
5. Continue with your regular loan import procedures to complete the import.
