In Servicing Director Release 15.3 and prior the GNMA RFS Issuers Monthly Reporting Export may Incorrectly Export Zeroes Instead of Blank Spaces for Replacement Reserves Field

In Servicing Director Release 15.3 and prior, the GNMA RFS Issuers Monthly Reporting Export may incorrectly export zeroes instead of blank spaces for the Replacement Reserves value.
Replacement Reserves is Field 21 and is found in position 207-215 of the export file.
Your vendor may reject the file if this field contains zeroes instead of the expected blank spaces.

Workaround:

This issue has been addressed in Change Request CR 202,440, and corrected in the Servicing Director 16.1 Release.

Now, in 16.1, for Replacement Reserves, Field 21, Position 207-215.  if there are no values to be reported, spaces will be exported. If there are, the values will be zero filled.
