Initial Analysis Must be Performed First and Another Batch Final Update has Invalidated These Loans

While doing Trial and Final Analysis, you receive the following error:
Initial Analysis must be performed first and another Batch Final Update has invalidated these loans. If you proceed these loans will be deleted.

Workaround:

  1. Delete the batch from the Analysis Module that has the loans in issue.
  2. Go to Customer Service > Date screen.
  3. Locate the Last Analyzed Date field.
  4. Check if you have the correct Last Analyze date. 
  5. Enter the Loan Closed date as Last Analyzed Date if it is empty and if this is the first time you are trying to Analyze this loan.
  6. Run the Analysis Conv/Acq Upd Event in Event Manager using the same Last Analyzed Date as Criteria in the Event. You can find the event under Analysis > Update.
  7. Create a new batch and add the loan.
  8. Run the Trial Analysis; Check and confirm the Analysis Statement.
  9. Perform Final Analysis after confirming the loan details in the Trial Analysis.
