Initial ARM Notice Letter Lead Days
Initial ARM notices should be sent out 210 to 240 days prior to a rate change. The Letter Lead Days can be set up in the System Administration Application.

From System Administration, select: - Table Setup
- Company screen
- Loan Control tab
- In the Initial ARM Notice Lead Days field, enter the number of days prior to the first payment change date that you want loans to be selected for the new Initial Interest Rate Adjustment ARM notice.
