Installing EZTeller32 on a Windows 7 Workstation

Refer to the EZTeller 32 Installation Guide when installing EZTeller32 on a Windows 7 workstation.

Once installation is completed, these additional steps are required that are unique to Windows 7 workstation.


  1. Turn off User Account Controls (UAC).
  2. User must have full permissions to the C:\EZTeller32 and these executables must be set to Win 95 compatibility mode: 
  • EZTeller.exe
  • EZSuper.exe
  • EZStartup.exe
  • EZSuperstart.exe
  • EZReports.exe
  1. In C:\Windows folder, teller must have full permissions to these files:
  • EZComm.ini
  • EZTeller.ini
  • EZSuper.ini
  1. Printer settings may need to be modified:
  • Workstation with factory installed com ports will use the same com port and printer settings currently defined.
  • Workstation with serial to USB converter and no factory installed com ports will need to turn off dipswitch #2 on the Epson TM-U375 printer and add User Keyboard Pacing=1 to the C:\EZTeller32\ezbank.ini file.
