Installing Fusion Servicing Director 22.1 with the LAR 96 expanded data elements
Fannie Mae Lender Letter 2021-12 announced that the LAR 96 summary reporting format will be expanded to include additional data elements. Please be advised that the expanded LAR 96 format with the new data elements will not be accepted by Fannie Mae until the changes go into effect sometime after June 2022. At this time, you must continue to submit the existing LAR 96 format to prevent disruption to LAR 96 processing until Fannie Mae communicates further information.
CAUTION!! Fusion Servicing Director Release 22.1 contains the expanded LAR 96 data fields. Please be advised that installation of this release should not occur until further notice. Submit a case through Case Management for further instructions if you have already installed Release 22.1.
