Invalid Security Codes on Startup
Invalid Security Codes
Root Cause:
If a teller receives this error on startup, it means the user settings are incorrect in Navigator. In order for the EZTeller/Fiserv Premier ( ITI Standard) interface to work correctly, Navigator users must be configured for two sessions, and the TTM***EBB line must have a "1" in the second column from left.
Workaround:
- In Navigator, open Security > Control Module.
- Click the User Code/Access Code Specifications tab.
- Click Change and select "User1" from the drop-down list.
- Be sure the Sessions field is set to "2." Edit as needed. Click OK.
- From the drop-down list (in Change), select User2.
- In the lower left column, TTM***EBB should have a "1" in the second column from left. Edit as needed. Click OK.
