Investor Accounting Deleting Loans from Loan Transfer Batches

Use the Loan Transfer screen to delete loans from loan transfer batches. When you delete unposted loans from a batch, you delete all pending loan transfer entries for that loan.
To delete loans from a loan transfer batch
  • Select the Investor Accounting Application (The investor accounting screen appears)
  • Select the Loan Transfer batch that includes the loan that you want to delete, from the loan transfer list.
  • Select Loan Transfer (the loan transfer screen appears).
Under "view" do one of the following:
  • If you have already posted the loan in a batch, select Posted
  • If you have not posted the loan in a batch, select
  • Select the loan that you want to delete, and then click Delete. (a confirmation message appears)
  • Select Yes to delete the loan from the loan transfer batch (the loan transfer screen reappears).
  • Select Close.
