Issue with ACH Export file in the Fusion Servicing Director 22.2 version which affects ACH payment processing

The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Fusion Servicing Director version 22.2.1. This release can be installed over the 22.2 version.

Original bulletin:
The Fusion Servicing Director version 2022.2 (or 22.2) has a defect in the ACH Export file layout. The Batch Control record has less than the stipulated 94 positions, and also reports unexpected data. This may cause file rejections that affect payment processing.

We are currently working on a fix, and a hotfix is planned for the middle of next week (week 3 of December 2022).

Customers not using 22.2 in their production environment should wait for the hotfix release before upgrading.

Customers in production using 22.2 should keep track of their ACH Export file in process, and manually process rejected payments, if any, until the hotfix is ready.
