Loan Unexpectedly Has Stops

You want to know what to do when a loan unexpectedly has a stop in it.

Workaround:

  1. Run the Stops Rpt from the Event Manager (System Administration > Event Manager > Available Events > Customer Service > Reports). The report shows the list of stops assigned to each loan. Check the Legal status and Warning status of each loan in the Report.
  2. In the Status screen of Customer Service check the Legal and Warning status fields for the loan.
  3. From the Table Setup > Legal Status in the System Administrator, edit the name of Legal Status seen in the Customer Service screen. Check to see if any stops and enabled in that screen and modify the changes needed.
  4. From the Table Setup > Warning Status in the System Administrator edit the name of Warning Status seen in the Customer Service screen. Check to see if any Stops and enabled in that screen and modify the changes needed.
