Loans Are Missing from the Deferred Fee Trial Balance Report

The Deferred Fee Trial Balance Report is missing loans on my February report.

Workaround:

The problem could be the FeeAmThruDate for these loans. For example, the due date for a loan is the first of the month. In the month of February which only has 28 days, the month end run of the deferred Fee Amortization Update event did not select those fees for the amortization because the FeeAmThruDate was not earlier than the transaction date. The loans should then have two records for the month of March.

To avoid problems in the future, we recommend that the FeeAmThruDate be modified to the 1st for the loans with the due date of the 1st.
