Locating Where Your Servicing Director Applications Are Installed

The Servicing Director applications are installed on a Windows desktop computer hard drive.

Complete the steps below for locating where your Servicing Director applications are installed.


  1. Click on the Windows Start button and select DH > Servicing Director to view a list of the Servicing Director applications shortcuts.

  2. Right-click on a shortcut, such as the Adjustable Rate Mortgages shortcut, and select Properties.

  3. On the Properties screen, view the Start in location. The folder location should be on the local Windows desktop computer hard drive.

  4. The Servicing Director application may have been installed to a non-default folder location, but the default folder location will be one of the following:

  • C:\Program Files\INTERLINQ\LoanServicing

  • C:\Program Files\DH\Servicing Director
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\DH\Servicing Director
