Modifying or Deleting Single Points of Contact

Use the Single Point of Contact screen to delete single points of contact who no longer are the primary contact for loans. After you delete a single point of contact, it is no longer available in the Single Point of Contact table and you can no longer select the contact from the Single Point of Contact field on the Late Info screen.

 


To Modify a single point of contact:

  1. Open System Administration.
  2. Setup.
  3. Select Single Point of Contact.
  4. Open.
  5. Select a single point of contact.
  6. Edit.
  7. Change the information as needed, and then click OK to save your changes.



To Delete a Single Point of Contact:

  1. Open System Administration.
  2. Setup.
  3. Select Single Point of Contact.
  4. Open.
  5. Select a single point of contact.
  6. Delete. A confirmation message appears.
  7. Click Yes to delete the single point of contact.
