My Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Loan Did Not Update the Rate Change Date and P&I Change Date

If you notice that your ARM loan(s) are not being updated even though you are performing the necessary updates, check for the following
  • The index rate might not exist for the time period in which the loan needs to adjust.
  • Check to see if a Comment that the ARM notice letter was sent in the comment screen.
  • Verify you have The ARM process in the correct order:
    • ARM Calculation Update
    • ARM Notice Letter
    • ARM Adjustment Status Update
    • ARM update
