If you use the delivered Servicing Director Check Printing feature, you may find that when checks are produced for the borrower as payee, that these disbursement checks only display the primary borrower name, and not any other borrower on the loan.

In order for a second borrower name to be displayed on a disbursement check to the borrowers, the second borrower name must appear on the second line of the Primary Mailing Address.
This is set up in the Customer Service, Mailing screen of the loan.
To appear on the second line of the primary mailing address, the second borrower must be in the second position in the Borrowers, Assigned column in this screen.
