Other loans drop down list contains assumed loans on both the lists of old and new borrowers
In Fusion Servicing Director in Customer Service, Collections or Tracking applications, the Other Loans drop down lists for both the old and new borrower will contain the same assumed loans.
Workaround:
Submit a case through Case Management to increment Request for Change 00307324.
