Other Loans List Feature on Contact Screen of Servicing Director is not Active for Security Groups who have been assigned View Only Access to the Screen

If for your Security Groups you have assigned View Only access to the Contact screen, and View Only access to the Edit Contact screen, users in that Security Group will not be able to use the Other Loans drop-down list feature in the screen, as it will be inactive.

You would be able to provide Update access to the screen to allow users to enable the Other Loans feature, but doing this will also open up all the other fields in the Contact screen for editing.

There is no option to set up security to allow read only access to the screen, and also allow the user to use the Other Loans feature to move between borrower's loans.

Submit a case through Case Management to increment Change Request 213375.
