A payoff was reversed, and the action code now displays 00.

Workaround:

As of 16.3, when a loan is paid off, it is reported as action code 60. When a reversal is done, it is reported as Action Code 00. This is a correction and shows the loan as it should have been reported had the payoff never happened.
