Payoff letter will not print
Your Servicing Director Payoff letter or Payoff statement document will not print. There is no error message, and you may receive a message indicating that the letter printed successfully, but nothing was printed. You find that other documents print, but only the Payoff statement will not print.
Workaround:
Review which Payoff statement document type is selected in the System Administration Company table Loan Control. It can be Word Mail Merge or Crystal Reports Wrapper. Review Selecting the Payoff Statement Document Type in Servicing Director for more details about how to determine which setting you have on your system.
- If your Payoff statement document type is Mail Merge, then confirm that the version of Microsoft Word installed on the local computer matches the versions of Word that work with Servicing Director. These versions are listed in the Fusion Servicing Director System Requirements. One symptom of using a version of Word that is not supported can be problems printing a Mail Merge document. If you must use a version of Word that is not supported, then consider changing your Payoff statement document type to Report Writer.
- Confirm whether your Payoff statement document has been customized or changed from the original version of the document installed by your current version of Servicing Director.
Custom Documents
- If the document was not provided from the product installation files, you have a custom document. A custom document would be an add-on document to your Servicing Director installation, adding a document to the system after it was installed or upgraded. For more information about custom letters or reports, review Creating a Fusion Servicing Director Custom Letter
- If you have a custom document, support for the custom document is provided by the provider of the document. If you purchased the custom document from the Professional Services Customization Department, submit a case through Case Management requesting help with a custom document.
