Periodic Billing Statement Event Does Not Include Loans that are set up with Exception Mail Stops or Coupon Stops

 

You may find that when you run the Periodic Billing Statement Event to produce and print the Periodic Billing Statements, that loans with either Exception Mail Stops or Coupon Stops are not included.

You want to produce and print Periodic Billing Statements for loans with Exception Mail Stops or Coupon Stops.

 

Workaround:


By design and default setting, the Periodic Billing Statement Event will not produce Periodic Billing Statements for any loans which have either or both of the Exceptions Mail Stops or Coupon Stops on them.

 

If you would like to produce Periodic Billing Statements for these loans you can add and use the following criteria to the Periodic Billing Statement Event :

 

CurrentStatement = Yes

AND

UpdateOnly = Yes
