You want to print the hold notice to the network printer.

Environment:

1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

2. You must select a working group when opening Superview, your structural hierarchy is displayed, select the branch level you are modifying and then click on OK.
3. Select Profile Options > Workstations > General.
4. Select the workstation that you want to modify.
5. Select the tab for Hold Notice.
6. Under the Select the print method for Hold Notices check the field for Print to Network Printer.
7. Click Apply.
8. Click on Yes to the message: "Profile changes have occurred on the Hold Notice page for 1 workstation. Do you want to save these changes?"
9. Click on OK to close the screen.
10. The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
