Sometimes you might update loan information after you run the trial calculations of a loan. You can re-analyze individual loans so their analysis calculations are correct by using the Re-analyze Loan button on the Analysis screen.

Note: You cannot re-analyze loans in a final batch. Any loans that were not successfully calculated before you run the final update are deleted from the batch during the final update. Those loans are not updated.

To re-analyze an individual loan, complete these steps:

1. Verify that the Analysis screen displays the analysis batch that includes the loans that you want to re-analyze.
2. Select a loan, and then click Re-analyze Loan. Servicing Director re-analyzes the loan and displays a message when it is finished.

Note: If a message notifies you that the loan was not analyzed successfully, run the Unprocessed Loans report, correct any issues, and then try re-analyzing the loan.

3. Click OK to close the message. The Analysis screen displays again.
