Reports Module Does Not Appear When Selected in Superview

In Superview Enterprise, you select Reporting > Reports.

In Superview32, you select Branch > Reports. 

The Reports menu does not appear, no error message is received, and you remain on the main Superview screen.


Workaround:

The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) setting on the PC has been changed. This change may also affect other applications installed on the PC. 

Follow these steps to resolve:

  1. Select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
  2. Double-click on Remote Procedure Call (RPC).
  3. Select the Log On tab.
  4. Select the button for Local System account and click Apply.
  5. Reboot the PC and sign back on to Superview.
     

Note: This change was possibly caused by a Microsoft Security Update.
