Requiring an Override When Performing a Cash Count Transaction.
You want to require a user without a sufficient EZTeller Role authority level to obtain an override when performing a Cash Count transaction.
- Open Superview and select your role.
Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator. - You must select a working group when opening Superview. When your structural hierarchy is displayed, select the bank or branch level you are modifying and then click OK.
- Select Profile Options > Overrides.
- In the Allow Cash Count Section, check the box for Override Required.
- In the Authority Level to Override box, enter the minimum authority level (0-20) required to perform a Cash Count transaction. The Default is 4.
- Click Apply.
- Click Yes when the following message appears: "Profile changes have occurred on the Overrides page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
- Click OK to return to the main menu.
Note: The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
