Running a Report from a Servicing Director Module

Event Manager contains reports grouped by the different Servicing Director modules. However, you do not have to have access to Event Manager to run reports.

The system administrator for Servicing Director can designate from which modules a particular report can be run. (This does not apply to end-of-day reports. Those reports should be scheduled in Event Manager.) The system administrator can also set default instance criteria for the report at the same time. See Setting Up Module Reports in the Servicing Director Help for more information.

After a report has been designated for a module, you can run and print the report from the module.
To run a report from a module or application, use the Options > Module Reports screen.
