Running the ARM Adjustment Status Update

Running the ARM Adjustment Status Update

The ARM Adjustment Status Update (Upd) event in Event Manager is the third step in the ARM review process (the second step is running ARM Notices letters).

You should run this update every day after you run ARM Notices letters. You do not have to specify criteria to run this update. However, when you run the ARM Notices letter (the step you must perform before you run this update), you must make sure that the Add Comment check box is selected. Otherwise, the ARM Adjustment Status update does not run properly.

To Run the ARM Adjustment Status Upd event, use Event Manager and schedule the event from the ARM Processing End of Day Updates events.

For detailed steps, see the Servicing Director application Help topic: ARM Adjustment Status Upd
